B e n   U n s w o r t h

Ben Unsworth (B.1969) is a figurative painter. His paintings are predominantly works of the imagination, and subject-matter varies widely. 

He grew-up on the Mediterranean Island of Ibiza during the seventies and eighties where he developed a keen interest in natural history and landscape. His various pursuits and experiences since have thus been largely directed accordingly, and some observation, or reflection, on the nature of nature often features in his work. 

He has exhibited with Portal Gallery for many years and can be found at the London art fairs. 

Ben lives in Carmarthenshire with his beloved Ibicenco cats, Xacti the cacti, Beep-beep, Biggie and Toy.
